Abstract

The article describes the case of patient death due to the use of the sedative drugs; the expert opinion and court discussion are also included in its text. The article will be interesting to anesthesiology practitioners; non-anesthesiological medical personnel who use sedation in their daily practice; interns; people who interested in medical and legal procedures in Israel.
