ТРОМБОЗ КЛУБОВИХ СУДИН – РІДКІСНЕ УСКЛАДНЕННЯ ЕНДОМЕТРІОЗУ: КЛІНІЧНИЙ ВИПАДОК ТА ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ

У статті розглядається клінічний випадок тромбозу клубової вени як ускладнення позатазового ендометріозу у молодої жінки. Ендометріозне утворення мало субфасціальне положення на рівні зовнішнього косого м’яза і поширювалося на клубову вену. У цій статті також наведено огляд літератури стосовно випадків ендометріозу, локалізованого в поперечно-смугастих м’язах, і випадки тромбозу глибоких вен внаслідок цього захворювання. Діагностична роль ультразвуку в отриманні остаточного діагнозу до гістологічного підтвердження може бути більш значною у разі використання методів візуалізації еластичності та біопсії під контролем ультразвуку.
